Welcome to the website of (LMAC) Livingston Model Aircraft Club.
We are a long established club with a good cross-section of members who pride themselves in having an outstanding safety record. The site is idyllic for the pursuance of Radio Control model flying. Fixed Wing “Sport” and “Scale” flying are our main interest. The site is easily accessed by motor vehicles and visitors are encouraged, but please, contact us first, for further information and instructions.
21/10/2021 - Due to the COP 26 climate change conference flight restrictions are in place. These effectively prevent us flying at Kirknewton from 23:59 on 30th Oct to 23:59 on 13th Nov.

We are fortunate to have one of the best flying sites in the Central Belt of Scotland and situated within easy reach of Scotland’s Capital City – Edinburgh, and of course, it’s International Airport.
The club has the privileged use of a full sized tarmac runway, surrounded by extensive grassed areas.
12/11/2021 - COP 26 restriction now ends at 23:59 on 14th November. i.e. Extended one day.
